Services provided: I provide access to holistic health consulting (virtual) and acupuncture services (in-person/events). I make no guarantees as to the ultimate outcome of any services provided. While I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in the state of Washington, please note that in Illinois, I practice as a Licensed Acupuncturist, as Naturopathic Medicine is not currently a licensed profession in Illinois.
Eligibility: This website is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years or older. You may not use this website or book services if you are under the age of 18 without explicit parental or guardian consent.
Payment: Payment for consultations, events, or acupuncture services is required at the time of booking. I accept various forms of payment through secure processors (such as Square). All payments for services rendered are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or event slot, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged the full amount of the appointment at my discretion.
Privacy: I take your privacy seriously. Your personal and health information will only be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.
Security: I take reasonable measures to ensure the security of this website and the information transmitted through it. However, I cannot guarantee that the website will be free from unauthorized access or that your information will be completely secure.
